PURPLE.
In May, once again a color plays the leading role in our challenge and we wanted it to be dynamic and powerful and for that reason, this month’s challenge is: Purple.
Your task: Take a picture of things in purple color.
All shades of purple are welcomed here. And we don’t have a doubt that it will be easy to spot it everywhere because it’s a very popular color. As you might know, Pantone is the global color authority and they set trends in colors. Each year they select one color that will be trending and for 2022 it’s called Veri Peri – a dynamic ‘periwinkle blue hue with a vivifying violet-red undertone’. Basically, a fancy shade of lavender 🙂 Take a look around you will be surprised by the places you can find this color. You can go looking for subjects in purple color, use a background in such shade, play with filters and post-processing, or if you’re lucky enough capture the magnificent nature at its best.
